San Francisco Toyota COVID-19 Coronavirus Plans and Hours of Operation

We are in trying times with the COVID-19 coronavirus infection continuing to spread throughout the country. Recently, San Francisco has been advised to shelter in place. For these reasons, San Francisco Toyota is implementing new operation strategies in the best interest of our customers and the community at large.

Effective at the end of the business day March 16th and lasting until May 3rd, we have closed our showrooms. Our parts and service departments will remain open on a modified schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our Sales Department managers will be manning the phones and the internet in order to help our customers through this difficult time.

The safety and well-being of our customers and the community is the greatest importance. We understand there may be some disappointment for those who were hoping to get out and see one of our new or pre-owned models in person right now, but at this time the safety and health of our community as well as every neighboring community in California and the nation takes precedence, with everyone being advised by health experts and officials to stay home and away from large groups of people.

With that being said, our digital storefront remains open at all times for you to peruse our selection of new Toyota models and pre-owned vehicles. Feel free to continue the shopping and research processes from your home. If you have questions on any of these vehicles or anything else, please contact us and we will respond to you as soon as possible. You may use the contact methods on this page, email us at salesmanagers@sftoyota.com, or call us at (415) 504-1947.

Like the rest of the country, we look forward to being able to get back to normal, and we are eager to welcome our customers into our showrooms again once this crisis has passed. In the meantime, please stay safe and listen to the health experts on how you can help slow or stop the spread of COVID-19 with good hygiene and frequent and proper hand washing, as well as social distancing. Take care of yourselves and take care of one another, and we hope to see you back here in person soon.
