Living in California gives us a great opportunity to experience big cities and vast countryside in one drive. Take a day trip through parts of the state and head out to scenic areas like Samuel P. Taylor State Park, Castle Rock State Park, and more. Drive further inland and take in all the beautiful fall colors. Plus, as October progresses, haunted houses or haunted hayride attractions might start cropping up, and those can always be a hoot!

Whatever you do and wherever you go this fall, please be sure to follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines and protocols to keep yourself and others safe. Happy fall!
